Ordering/Returns Policy

OFFICE HOURS: 8:30am-5:00pm central time, Mon-Fri.

PHONE-IN ORDERS: Orders may be phoned in on any of our lines, however technical-only calls should use our technical line (402) 987-3771.

FAX ORDERS: 24/7 on-line fax available.

AFTER HOURS: Orders will be taken only if personnel are on duty and available, however, they cannot provide technical assistance and can only take your order by the part numbers.

ORDER BY THE NUMBERS: Whenever possible you will speed up your orders if you will have the following info ready for the salesperson assigned to take your order;

(a) Regular customers have been assigned a customer number. It is shown in the upper right hand of the address label on your flyer or near the center right side of any previous invoice.
(b) Part number and/or flyer page/location.

PAYMENT METHODS: UPS COD Cash or Credit Card are the normal methods of payment for new dealers. Once a company check application form has been cleared you can go onto COD Company Check. After a minimum of three orders a request for open account will be entertained. Please note credit cards are currently limited to Visa and MasterCard. These payment methods allow ATV Research to process orders by phone, mail, fax or e-mail quickly and efficiently...usually shipping the same day we receive your order. International orders as well as domestic orders can also be done by wire transfers when preferred, however, it will first be necessary to contact us for our bank data and routing numbers.

RESTOCKING: Returns are generally subject to a small restocking fee to cover lab retesting and computer processing time. Check with our sales staff for an return authorization number and if you have any questions concerning this policy. All cash returns beyond 21 days may be denied.
